Hi,
our alarm unit is equipped by the serial port (1200 bps,n81,hw flow ctl).

The unit sends standard alarm messages to this port.

Messages are looking like:
06 Srp 17:51 A2 109 Alarm 109 2.NP-230 poh

The message (row) is ended by LF,CR sequence
(not CR,LF as it is common)

The keyword for Alarm is "Alarm" and it can be always found on the fixed position (22:26) on the row.

We would like to know if your device can be programmed so:

1) it can detect the keyword "Alarm" on the serial port

2) if "Alarm" is detected, the whole row will be send as a SMS to the
given phone numbers.

Please understand we have very low experiences with the ASM and C
programming so we will really appreciate if the unit can be programmed
on your side.

Thanks for your comments

Regards

Petr Jake?

All would be possible to implement, the only problem is resources, who would implement it/under what terms. We do also project based development but this can be pricey. Our main interest in product development and manufacturing with support for user based solutions.
