Anyway, checkout this listing on eBay for Taiwanese Hyper-Cards (PSS SIMs) being sold as TurboSIMs - Title is "TURBOSIM To Unlock IPHONE US/UK BOOTLOADER 4.6 -1.1.2"

The item number is 220178250830 and the seller says he has 100 pieces to sell. I wrote to him and told him to stop using your trade name to sell his PSS SIMs.

Here is what I sent to him -
"Why are you calling this a TurboSIM? It looks like a PSS SIM.
TurboSIM is a registered trade name of BLADOX."

Here is his reply -
"First of all I did not say it is "Bladox", well turbo sim is a kind of extra piece of sim card to unlock iphone. It's only a kind of unlock toolkits. Well up to you. I do not USE "BLADOX"
Second of all, PSS/Turbosim works the same!."

Please report this auction by registering as a VERO member with eBay. You can then remove any listings that are using your trading names.

Oh, and I ordered 5 more real TurboSIMs from your store yesterday. I hope they don't take too long to ship. The last five came quite quickly considering I am in Australia.

Unbelievable, thaks for reporting. We put big warning on our main page, also will try to do something with this scam. These PSS people are quite aggressive marketers, tried to trash our forum, astroturfing in hackintosh forum as hell.

You can also report this item as a regular Ebay user. All the way on the bottom is a tiny link "Report this item", then select
Listing Violations > Counterfeits and copyright > Potential trademark infringement > Other replica or counterfeit items

Although ebay is notoriously slow responding to such things. Esp. since you can't submit a comment along with it and when they look at it (if they do at all) and are unfamiliar with the brand they may not see the infringement.

Hi! Dude,

I have used that link to report the items at least six times - for trademark infringement, miss-representation, miss-leading header, etc.

Of course eBay have done NOTHING.

Pz or someone at Bladox must go to the VERO link at eBay and download the VERO form, fill it in and fax it to eBay. They (Bladox) can then remove eBay items that infringe their trademark.

And Pz, can you confirm that my latest order on November 29th through 2Checkout.com as Order Number 3844716384 has been / will be shipped?
