Simtoolkit question regarding Siemens C55.
I have a problem with the ADDRESS TLV in MT call event. With siemens C55 I get this value: 06 08 11 83 xx xx xx xx xx xx, where xx is phone number, 06 is ADDRESS TAG, 08 is length, so the VALUE is 11 83 xx xx xx xx xx xx. According to 11.14 the 11 should be TON/NPI but id does not make sence because according to 3.40 the TON/NPI has MSB 1. If it were junk and 83 were TON/NPI then it is Data numbering plan X.121.
What the hell does it mean? Bug? |

Seems like siemens bug. Tested with c45, a50, c55 and all behave the same.
