Hi,
I have a lot of problems about setting up development environment.
First, i tried set up on Ubuntu. I couldn't. I downloaded development tool chains. But during install i heva get some errors such as conftest.c not found etc. 
After that i tried to use Cygwin. I have came accross same problems.
I used Tavrix on Knoppix. It looked like good but i knoppix does not allow saving any file.
I want to use Cygwin specially. But any linux possible.
Could you please explain me step by step setting up development environment?
Step by step please for e newbie.

To simplify your life you can download ready to use/precompiled (intel 32) linux tools at http://www.bladox.com/pub/avr1.tgz - go to /usr/local and tar xvfz avr1.tgz there.
Then just download turbo-devel and thats it. |
