Hi,
I have uploaded OTCL.cap using SE admin, and then proceeded to install apps using the given web admin.
I followed the given routine: Setup -> OTCL -> Tap on reader -> Hit Info -> Press OK on device. However only once did it work, and for the rest of the time I'm getting a long timeout and a tone on the device with the Timeout message (Using HTC Desire). Then, this is followed by a Waver Not Present message.
Can you kindly let me know what the cause might be? (I'm using all browser variations, but with the same result).

| The error described in my previous post was due to an unstable internet connection. It seems to be fixed now. |

| i managed to use the reset facility and deleted apps on the waver. however when i try to upload back the apps, its faililng. how did you manage to upload an app??? |

| i finally managed to upload the app back. I was using the wrong app file i.e. i was using the CAP file instead of the TRB file |
