Is there a way to test phones without turbo sim?

Cable utilities use SMS AT commands - WRITE, READ, DELETE. SMS has to be written to SIM so that Turbo SIM can intercept it. It's described in developer documentation.

You may try to use AT command to write it to SIM and then check if it is really there and not in phone memory.
