Hi!
Is it possible to manipulate active phone calls?
eg hang up call or start conference call, etc

Unfortunately not much, you can use SS to do something but AFAIK not e.g. merge calls. This is all about signaling, question is what you can access via SEND_SS command.

Another option would be STK AT command but the support by phones is poor. Then you could use normal AT commands and all is there.
