News:
- "btldr -s" - it is possible to flash new kernel via simlock, i.e. it is possible to upload new kernel into lite/alarm too
- "dbg -t" - prints elapsed time, timing debugging

Bugfixes:
- linux usb/ftdi strange behaviour while read() uses buffers longer than ~200 bytes
- btldr timing redone
- some win utils have file handling code rewritten to win32 calls - there is a bug in mingw in file reading emulation code (reads trash)
