I tried to reset turbo with turbo pin. I entted this pin instead of sim pin and the phone said wrong pin. Then I entered sim pin and after phone init turbo was initialized, no apps installed as mentioned in user guide.
I just want to ask about the answer wrong pin of turbo pin. Is it ok?

Yes, that's correct behaviour. The wrong answer is returned to phone so that you would be asked for the SIM PIN (otherwise you would not and tha card would stay locked).
