				Hi,

I bought the Programmer and it's on the way so I tried to do something first.

Now I can compile the "hello world" with cygwin and everything is ok but when I try the "$ prog_apps" I got "prog_apps: command not found"

So I think maybe I didn't install the turbo-prog-utils successfully?I've changed the path in MAKE file, could anyone tell me more about installing the turbo-prog-utils with more details?

Thanks! |

				Thank you!

So I should first connect to the Programmer then the cygwin won't give me a "Command not found"?

OK,I'll wait for the Programmer. |

Sorry, but I had to be more accurate...

In cygwin - go to the turbo-prog-utils dir and then bin-win32 dir.

To execute some util from bin-win32 directory you must type "./" and then the name of the utility. So type this "./prog_apps.exe" and that's it.

You can also use the command line under windows, cygwin is not necessary. Just start cmd.exe, then go to the turbo-prog-utils\bin-win32 dir. Then type the command: prog_apps.exe (here without "./" ).

When you connect the Programmer you can use the "prog_detect.bat" util to detect the COM port. It is located in "turbo-prog-utils" directory. So type "./prog_detect.bat" in cygwin or "prog_detect.bat" in cmd. |
